Akuma is proud to announce we will be working with Forced Performance on Beta Testing new Stock Location Turbo Chargers!
We are currently testing new stock location turbos for the Subaru STI/WRX & Subaru Legacy style fitments.
This will allow us to only offer great power but keep your car minimally modified by keeping the turbo's stock location. Both the 30R & 35R feature dual ball-bearing center cartridges and HTA Billet Compressor wheel technology. We have all three turbos in-stock ready to be shipped or installed/tuned at our shop here in NJ.

Congratulations to John Shafer and Jeremy Rohrs for getting 3rd and 1st place at the Real Time Attack event at New Jersey Sports Motorpark!
John drove the Akuma Evolution X to a 3rd place victory in the Unlimited Class with his fastest lap time of 1:17.919. Missing second place by only .409 seconds!
Jeremy Rohrs drove a Akuma Built Nissan GTR to a 1st place victory in the Exotic class with his fastest lap of the day being 1:13.546. Topping a Porsche 911 GT3 by .506 seconds!

As many of you may know we have been busy working on custom part and calibration services for the GT-R community for some time now. I am very proud to announce that we will now be mass producing products to the community. The first launch will be our intake systems. That's right, we are offering 2 solutions!
The intakes are offered in a wrinkle black finish with black silicone, for that stealth look.
Look what the mother land brought us today! Its so JDM that the newspaper packaging is in Japanese. What we have here is the HKS Kansai transmission oil cooler for the R35 GT-R. For our serious track junkies out there, this is a must for your Godzilla. As you can see in the pictures, it comes with a fiberglass duct to direct air directly to the cooler, all the accessories you need to mount the kit, and the cooler itself. the kit mounts on the driver side front bumper right by the washer fluid reservoir. This kit screams engineering but it doesn't surprise us since it does come from HKS Kansai. Under hard driving laps after laps on the track, the R35 GT-R's transmission oil temperature will be overheating and causing the car going into limp mode. HKS Kansai notices the problem and developed their own transmission oil kit.

Akuma Motorsports has recently been given the opportunity to build one of the most well rounded track car the GT-R community will see. The goal of this particular build is to have a car that you can drive to the track, run phenomial times, and at the end of the day drive the car home without issues. the car is not meant to be a full drag car, or a dyno queen. What you will see is a car that is prepped for road racing and track events. Parts that were chosen for this particular build covers all aspects of the vehicle, from the intricate mods for power to handling. Exact mod list will be posted soon as the build progresses further. Below and above are the teaser pics for the build, enjoy!
All of our parts are finally in, including our Akuma Road Course Spec turbos. Besides the parts that were listed in the posts below, we now have Okada Project coils, Endless Stainless brake lines, Deatschwerks 730 cc injectors that were custom made for us, and Synapse GT-R BOV kit.
We will have more updates, final mod list, and our dyno sheet coming soon. Stay tuned!
